Provence Poiriers is one of them.
We spent two days in Provence photographing Fafa and Pekun’s wedding, and it was easily one of our favorite experiences of the year. The venue itself is almost ridiculously photogenic — romantic, elegant and unmistakably French, with the warmth of a Provençal farmhouse and a level of refinement that makes every corner beautiful without ever feeling too perfect.
It was exactly the kind of place we love to photograph.
Over two days, we documented the celebrations on digital and analog film. Beautiful light, beautiful clothes, long tables, an incredible party and, most importantly, people who made us feel genuinely welcome. Fafa, Pekun and their guests showed us so much warmth and hospitality from the moment we arrived.
And then there was the planning.
The wedding was created by Alice Wilkes Design, and working with Alice and her team was exceptional. The level of professionalism, calm and attention to detail was honestly among the best we have ever experienced at a wedding. Everything felt considered and elegant, while the celebration itself still felt completely effortless.
That combination is rare.
As Provence wedding photographers, these are exactly the celebrations we want to photograph more of: beautiful places with character, incredible creative teams and couples who care deeply about the experience they create for their guests.
